In this book, Paco Sánchez displays the portraits of the most famous artists in contemporary flamenco. This collection is made up by 100 photographs of artists who have had their picture taken before or after their performances. The sets for the pictures have been their dressing rooms, waiting rooms or corridors. As for the lighting, it is made up of simple fluorescent cajas de luz (lit. light boxes, comprising a fluorescent tube behind a translucent screen, used to view negatives or slides), designed by the author. The collection also includes pictures of deceased figures of flamenco.
