Daray - Conchi Heredia

It was frequent to hear the voice of Chonchi Heredia doing choruses or backing vocals for other singers like Joaquín Cortés, Paco de Lucía, Vicente Amigo, Alejandro Sanz, Miguel Bosé or Rosario. The time has come for Chonchi to present 'Daray', an album that respects no boundaries or fixed structures.
For 'Daray', Chonchi had the support of three great producers: José Luis Garrido, Fernando Montesinos y Steve Hillage (Khaled, Charlatans, Simple Minds, Stranglers), who have a solid background on ethnical rhythms. 'Daray' opens up with fandangos from Huelva, those that Camarón put up in the sky, and then walks hand by hand with the help with people like the Raï prince, Rachid Taha.
