Pol Núñez, Balenciaga and Missoni have returned to SIMOF with a collection full of vitalism and explicit references to big names in fshion, from Chanel to Kenzo, and including Elsa Schiaparelli. A very eclectic picture full of surprises...
Núñez's very dynamic fashion show was divided into short series of dresses with a lot of character and highly conceptual. If Pol Núñez has anything, it is the aptitude for bring together different sectors of the market with classic exigency, from young women and older ladies, fashionistas and customers, and to fulfill all of their expectations. This has great merit and achieves such fluid and entertaining inspirations as hippie and Bohemia chic combined with the traditional flamenco outfit.
This year emphasized a series of dresses inspired by Coco Chanel, great creations in beige, black and pink.  There were also nuclear white, retrofuturist dresses with applications in homage to Courreges, along with experimental short dresses may not be ideal for classic flamencas, but they were an enterteining exercise in needlework that shone in more festive contexts.

If there is any designer that promises a spectacle in each of her fashion shows, it's Melisa Lozano. The designer from Fuengirola has returned to SIMOF filling the catwalk with her sweeping personality and sauciness attributable to her youth.

Villamanrique de la Condesa is the birthplace of handcrafted, embroidered shawls, and Angeles Espinar is its best ambassador.  This master of embroidery is the winner of the Gold Medal of Fine Arts. Her genius has been passed down to her daughters, who manage the family business with the same tact and vocation.

Valores emergentes como Belén López, Patricia Ibáñez, Adrián Sánchez, Pepe Torres y Ana Morales presentarán sus espectáculos en la sala Compañía, que una edición más se erige en templo destinado a los valores emergentes del baile flamenco y la danza.

The model, TV presenter and actress Eva González received the Mof&ART award for her contribution to the dissemination of flamenco fashion. The Flamenco Fashion Association recognizes the professional career of the day’s multifaceted protagonist and her support of the popularization of the flamenco dress, “who has always defended with great authenticity these events with her trust in local designers,” explains Pilar Vera, President of the Mof&ART Association.

Eva González has developed a radiant career in the fashion, communication and entertainment industries since her participation in the 2003 Miss Spain Competition, where she won the crown. Later, important opportunities in the national fashion and advertising world arrived, making her the image of prestigious companies.
