Gaudi Mosaic Bullfighter. Porta Gayola

Wonderful figure with the style of Gaudi made by artisants who make their figures with the Gaudi's Modernist Mosaic Trencadís Technique.

The bullfighter's posture is "porta gayola", this means in the bullfighting terminology, the pass in which the bullfighter waits for the bull kneeling in front of the bulls door, before the animal enters in the bull ring, and when the charge is produced, the taunt by means of the cape pass known as "larga cambiada afarolada", in which the cape held with only one hand is placed above the bullfighter directing the reverse towards the bull, who leaves from the encounter by the side opposite to the hand with which the bullfighter is holding the cape. This is spectacular, but also dangerous because the animal can enter blinded to the ring and mow down or gore the bullfighter without obeying the trick.
