Description:
These grained granadillo castanets special for teachers are handmade by Castañuelas del Sur.
Castañuelas del Sur is a company based in Seville and founded by the master craftsmen Juan and José Vela Hernández, sons of Manuel Vela « Filigrana ».
These castanets are made of wood layers coated in resin that protects them from the climatic variations without affecting their beauty and sound quality. This material preserves the magic of the sound of the natural granadillo wood bringing them the consistency of the fiberglass.
The main characteristics of these castanets are their light weight and small “orejillas” (ears) that make them very comfortable to play.
They are presented in a luxury case with two pockets in sheep leather with clasps.
Very Important: The colour of the case may NOT be the same as in the picture.
