Peineta exquisitely hand carved, ideal for a bride or other occasion.
This comb seems to mother of pearl.
This accessorize is very classy and has a very attractive design.
It is ideal for weddings, special occasions and Spanish festivities. 

Measurements: 19 cm wide x 15cm high (including tooth 7cm) 

The comb is made of cellulose acetate.
Acetate allows flexibility and deformation without breaking, as it can happen to plastic sometimes.
Its composition gives to the comb a special shine and imitates very well mother-of-pearl as carey.
The spaces on the top of the comb are hand made with a tool called 'buril', this process is called 'burilado'.
