We will try to adjust the best we can the dress or skirt you order, if you want you can send us an email with your measures in order for us to create the model that fits you most.  The measures have to be sent in centimeters, and in this case the price will be increase of 20% of its basic price.

Do I have to pay taxes to buy in Flamencoexport? Read more

Normally taxes are set on importation as a measure to protect the inner market. Therefore we strongly recommend you to previously inform yourself at the customs about the taxes on merchandise purchased in Spain. (As in certain cases the taxes can reach more than hundred percent of the value of the merchandise).

There isn't any minimal quantity of merchandise, but remember that the shipping cost has a minimum weight of 500 grams that would increase considerably the price of a unique piece.

Any order that you will realize in our webpage has not got a definitive character until you confirm it, meaning that you can do your own estimation including the shipping cost without placing an order.

 To calculate the shipping cost, (it depends on the weight and volume of the box, and of the country), place the order and once in shopping cart, at the right you can see "Shipping costs estimate", so click there and select the country of the sending.

Once selected, you could see at the bottom of the list of your products the different shipment ways with the prices.

How long does it take to send a order Read more

The parcel preparation time is written in the description of each product. These periods start from the reception of the payment, and are business days. The shipping time starts from the departure of the parcel from the store.

For Europe, by express delivery, the shipping use to takes round 1 or 2 business days,by regular agency, until 4 business days (these periods depends as well on your postal code). Moreover, FlamencoExport is not responsible for the shipping by post.

We will notify you when we will ship the parcel but we could not confirm you the delivery time. For the rest of the world considering two days in customs for transit, the total time will be of five days except for Asia (approximately 6 days).

These periods are always approximate.

We add that the customer is always responsible of the shipping of the goods.

We use the Euro and all our prices are fixed in Euro. Any transfer or money order will always have to be in Euro, so that we receive the exact cost of the purchase.
 

Do you have any catalogue? Read more

We can only send catalogues to schools. If you are interested in receiving it, you will have to ask your flamenco school to order it and we will send 2 catalogues, 1 for you and another for your academy.
 

What do I have to do if I do not like my products and would like to exchange or return products? Return/Exchange policy. Read more

Any serial manufactured product can be returned or exchanged (except music, films, sales, bridal products or costumes). If you have ordered a product made according to your measurements or specially for you, we do not offer the possibility to return or exchange it. You have 7 days from the delivery date. Please send us the products back by mail, without declaring any value, to:

How to send goods back? Read more

First of all the return of goods needs our approval, so: you have to inform us via e-mail or over the phone why the goods you received didn’t carry out your expectations. You have 7 days to do that from the reception of the parcel.

In case of the products are delivered in an individual box, please send them back with the same packing that is part of the products presentation.
You'll have to put a note in the parcel with your order number and the reason of the return.

If you are a wholesaler you will have to contact us through email and answer our wholesaler's form. The orders for wholesalers will always have a character of minimal quantity that depends for each article.
 

Money refund Read more

Once the merchandise is received and after checking the condition of the items, we will pay you back the amount of money deducting the transport charges. If you did not use any credit card, we will deduce the bank fixed charges and the shipping cost.

About the measurements on our products Read more

In majority, the materials we use to manufacture our products can be subject to dilatation due to atmospheric pressure, humidity, temperature etc...
For this reason, the measurements we provide as standard can vary from some millimeters for rigid materials, o from some centimeters for malleable products as fabrics, fur, felt, etc...
